Your generous donation will aid in funding our job retention programs and services:

• Personal Development Training Classes building a positive self image and job related employability skills.
• Resume Printing Training  - Creation of resumes, consultations,editing, critiquing, printing of hard copies, online resume posting, cover and thank you letter
• Premium paid wages  for participants to enhance job skills and obtain employment work history, and permanent jobs.

Research shows of women in the U.S. state prison, 44% do not have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). As they reenter their communities they are confronted with very few job opportunities. 

The profile that surfaces of the women of color offender is "that of a young ,uneducated, single mother." She is likely to be unemployed with few marketable skills and she is more likely to be on welfare." Our objective is to positively change these negative statistics and negative  mindsets while enhancing the quality of life for these young women.
