There is a lack of effective pre - post reentry employment support services and vital programs for incarcerated young women, underserved women, or special populations, and underemployed women with barriers to employment

  "Everyone, Everywhere" Universal Reentry is our motto. We earmark to serve young women classified as targeted groups. Those groups with challenges and barriers to sustainable employment prioritizing females, those in prison, those released from prison, and those long term unemployed and welfare recipients.

Our soft skills training and job retention programs aid in obtaining and maintaining employment for the young women. We provide productive programs and multiple services that meet the employment needs and interests of the young women and other women in need.
